-What: The Yap State Code Commission is now accepting sealed bids from licensed firms or individuals until the end of business day of May 30, 2025. The Commission intends to award this project to a bidder who is capable of undertaking the codification and publication of the Yap State Code from the Fifth Legislature up until the Tenth Legislature.

-Why: The Commission requires the bidder to produce 200 physical copies of the final product in either hardback or library binding format and with the final work organized and accessible in any accepted electronic format. All bid proposals will be open on June 02, 2025.
