Colonia, Yap- On Monday, March 25th, at 9:30 AM a local food cooking competition will be held at Pine Club to commemorate Women's International Day. This event will be hosted by the Gender Support Office (Civic Affairs) at the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs(DYCA), participants are required to register, and prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place.
