Delayed Schedule for MV Hapilmahol 2

The Department of Public Works and Transportation would like to announce a delayed schedule for MV Hapilmohol 2, to now departing Yap Proper on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at 5:00pm. 


Passenger screening will be on the same day, January 14, 2024, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. During screening you are only allowed to carry on 3 items which are as follows: food, bedding, and clothing items to be used throughout the trip. No cargo will be allowed on the departure date except the 3 items mentioned before. 


Schedule for booking is as follows: Cargo booking will be on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 8:30am to 11:30am and 12:30pm to 4:00pm, and close on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 11:30am. 


Cargo delivery to stevedore will be held on January 8 and January 9 from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Cargo loading will be held January 10 to January 11 at 8:30am till 4:00pm onto the MV H2. Furthermore, passenger booking will be open on January 9 from 8:30am to 11:30am and 12:30pm to 4:00pm and will close on January 11 at 11:30am or when the ship capacity has been reached. 


Thru gate cargo will be on Friday January 12 to Saturday January 13 from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The itinerary for the trip begins from Yap to Ulithi, then Fais, Eauripik, Woleai, Fechailap, Ifeluk, following after is Elato, Lamotrek, Satawal, then returning back to Lamotrek, Elato, Ifeluk, Fechailap, Woleai, Eauripik, Fais, Ulithi, and arriving back to Yap. 


Arrival back to Yap proper will be on Monday, January 29, 2024, at 7:00am. 

Lastly, no reservation is confirmed until tickets or TA’s are purchased, all TA’s must be submitted to Sea Trans no later than the closing date of January 9, 2024. Any passenger without a boarding ticket will be refused from boarding.
