Lamer, Rull — The Historic Preservation Office (HPO) has confirmed that the Galingmog restoration project in Lamer, Rull, is entering its final phase. According to the HPO Restoration Coordinator, the community, which initiated the project in mid-July 2024, is making progress and is expected to complete the work by September 31st, 2024.

The restoration project, consisting of three phases, aims to preserve and restore the historic Galingmog site. The first two phases have been successfully completed, with the final phase now underway, involving the placement of stones on the platform. This critical step will mark the project's completion and restore the site to its former state.

The community has been instrumental in driving the project forward, working closely with HPO to ensure that the restoration aligns with cultural and historical preservation standards.
