Colonia, Yap -The cargo vessel Kota Ratu departed from Saipan and arrived in Yap State with a total of 13 containers on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, at 7 am. The purpose of the visit is to offload 12 containers of general merchandise and 1 container of frozen produce. The containers were sourced from various countries as follows:
- 1 container from Japan
- 1 container from the Philippines
- 1 container from Hong Kong
- 1 container from Malaysia
- 1 container from China
- 1 container from Saipan
- 6 containers from Guam
Additionally, 3 empty containers were loaded onto the vessel for shipment to Guam. The ship departed Yap State at 5 pm the same day, April 10th, en route to Palau.
