Rumung, Yap - Tomorrow on Saturday, March 16th, 2024, a traditional men’s standing dance from Rumung Municipality will have its last dance performance, known traditionally as the ‘hang up dance’(motochuruu nga lang), which will be held in the village of Fal in Rumung municipality. The final performance marks the closure of the utilization of the dance, until such time the community of Rumung is to utilize the dance again. This is a tradition done to all Yapese dance.
