Bids can be hand delivered or sent to the Division of Commerce & Industry. All bids shall be labeled as BID PROPOSAL FOR VEHICLE for the Division of Commerce & Industry.
Bids shall incorporate the name and address of the licensed bidder and an estimated time of delivery of the merchandise to the Division of Commerce & Industry.
All bids shall be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2023. Bids will be opened at the Division of Commerce & Industry at 11:00 a.m. on the same day November 20, 2023. Bid proposals will not be considered after the deadline.
The Division of Commerce & Industry reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and or waive any defects or irregularities in the documents. All bidders will be notified in writing of the bid results within 15 days of the bid opening, please contact the Division of Commerce & Industry at 350-2182/2184 for any inquiries or additional information.
