Yap, FSM – What is the status of the H2? When will it be ready to carry passengers?
There was a scheduled oversight hearing yesterday, October 16, at the Legislative Chambers conducted by the Resources, Education, and Development(RED) Committee. The hearing focused on the operations of the MV Hapilmohol 2 (H2), Yap’s primary inter-island vessel. Hapilmohol 2 is currently down due to an unexpected engine malfunction as the needed parts required are off-island. More details and updates will follow.
