Yap, FSM – This Friday, May 10, 2024, the State of Yap will observe the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) Constitution Holiday, following the established policy regarding legal holidays. May 10, 2024, will be designated as a government non-working day to commemorate the adoption of the FSM Constitution, signifying an important moment in the nation’s history and its commitment to democratic principles and governance. 


While, apart from essential Department(s), Office(s), or Agency(ies) mandated to maintain operational functionality due to their public service obligations, all other State Government offices will be closed for business on Friday, May 10, 2024, in observance of this significant holiday.
