Open Job at HPO: Field Ethnographer

Yap HPO is seeking qualified applicants for an entry level Field Ethnographer. Applicant must have at least completed high school, preferably competed 2 years of college. The applicant must have experience using computers such as Apple and PC; Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers and Keynote is preferred and should be able to translate from one or more of the Yapese languages to English and vice versa. The applicant will be responsible for the collection of cultural/historical information on all Yapese traditional culture in both tangible and intangible forms and must have a valid driver's license.
