Yap, FSM – The results from the FSM Congress General Election, held on March 4, 2025, to elect a representative for the Two-Year Term Seat in the FSM Congress for Yap State, have been finalized.
The National Election Commissioner, John A. Chugen, has certified the official results. After reviewing the work of the Central and Local Counting and Tabulating Committee, it has been confirmed that the election was conducted fairly, and according to all relevant laws and regulations.
The winning candidate for the Two-Year Term Seat in the FSM Congress from Yap State is Andy P. Choor
The Counting and Tabulating Committee members have verified and confirmed that the election results are accurate.
Final Vote Counts:
-Alexander Tretnoff: 216 votes
-Andy P. Choor: 2,438 votes (Winner)
-Fidelis Thiyer-Fanoway: 45 votes
- Victor Nabeyan: 536 votes
