Yap State Government in the Federated States of Micronesia will receive sealed bids at the
Yap State Department of Public Works & Transportation until 1:00 PM, local time, on
December 21, 2023, for furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete
the project under the Contract entitle "Falalop Ulithi Airport Terminal Building Repair
Project".
All bids shall be placed in an opaque envelope addressed to: The Contracting Officer,
Department of Public Works & Transportation, Yap State Government, Federated States of
Micronesia, P.O. Box 327, Colonia, ap FSM 96943, and be labeled "Propdsal for Falalop
Ulithi Airport Terminal Building Repair Project" and shall incorporate the names and address of
the bidder on the outside of the envelope. There shall be no "Performance Bond" for the
project.
Proposals thus received will be publicly opened and read by the Contracting Officer at the
DPW & T- C&EM Division Office at 2:00 PM on December 21, 2023.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the Contracts and Engineering Managment Division
Office, Department of Public Works Transportation on November 14, 2023, at 9:30AM.
Attendance is highly recommended.
