Yap, FSM - The Youth Services Division of the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs(DYCA) will host the first-ever karaoke night event this Friday, March 22nd, 2024, on the 2nd floor at the Yap Cap Conference room from 6 PM to 9 PM.
