Weather and Tide Update for Tomorrow, September 5th!

Yap, FSM - According to the National Weather Service, tomorrow’s forecast expects partly sunny skies with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Expect light and variable winds throughout the day, with highs reaching around 88°F. The chance of showers is 40%. So, wear your goggles and bring a raincoat when getting your betelnut for your market. 

By evening, the weather will turn mostly cloudy with continued scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Winds will remain light and variable, shifting to the south at around 10 mph after midnight. Lows are expected to be around 81°F, with a 30% chance of showers.


The Tide schedule for tomorrow is as follows:


High Tide: The first high tide will occur at 9:01 AM, reaching its highest peak of 5.31 feet. The second high tide is expected at 9:25 PM, with a peak of 5.18 feet. 


Low Tide: The first low tide will be at 2:52 AM, dropping to 1.90 feet, followed by another low tide at 3:07 PM, reaching 1.54 feet.


If you enjoy going to the beach or fishing, tomorrow's tide is ideal. So, bring your fishing line and your swimming flippers if you are planning to go to the beach.
