Weather Update for the Weekend and Tuesday, July 27th to 30th!

Yap, FSM— According to the National Weather Service, the weather forecast for tomorrow predicts partly sunny skies with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, accompanied by southeast winds at 10 to 15 mph and highs near 87℉ degrees, with a 40 percent chance of showers. Saturday night will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, light and variable winds, and lows around 80℉ degrees, maintaining a 40 percent chance of showers. On Sunday, expect mostly sunny conditions with a slight 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, southeast winds around 10 mph in the morning becoming light, and highs near 88℉ degrees, followed by a partly cloudy night with a 20 percent chance of showers and lows in the lower 80s. Monday and Monday night will be partly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, highs in the upper 80℉s, and lows in the lower 80s.


On Saturday, July 27, the low tides are at 5:55 AM reaching 1.87 feet and 5:59 PM at 1.83 feet, then high tide is at 12:04 PM reaching 4.62 feet. On Sunday, July 28, the high tides begin at 1:33 AM reaching  5.03 feet and at 1:09 PM reaching  4.23 feet. The low tides will be at 6:58 AM reaching 1.75 feet and 6:46 PM reaching  2.27 feet. Lastly, on Monday, July 29, the high tides begin at 1:18 AM at 4.93 feet and at 2:27 PM reaching 3.89 feet. Then the low tides start at 8:08 AM reaching  the lowest height of 1.63 feet and 7:46 PM at 2.67 feet. This weekend is the best time to go swimming or spend time at the beach around noon time.
