DPW&T: MV Hapilmohol 2 Voyage 02 FY-24 Thursday, January 25, 2024//Yap Media

Yap, FSM – The MV Hapilmohol 2 (MV H2) is scheduled to depart Yap Proper for the government and Department of Health Services run to the Neighboring Islands.


Cargo booking is now open until February 9, 2024 at 11:30am. Cargo booking to Stevedore Company is on February 8 and February 9, 2024 from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Cargo loading is scheduled to take place on the 12th of February to the 14th (Monday – Wednesday) from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Passenger booking will be open on February 12, 2024 from 8:30am to 11:30am and from 12:30pm to 4:00pm.


The last day for passenger booking will be on February 14, 2024.

Through gate cargo will be on February 15 to February 16, 2024 from 8:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the late afternoon.


Passenger screening will be on Saturday, February 17, 2024.


 Cargo will not be allowed on the departure day except for foods which are to be consumed during the trip along with bedding and clothing items which are to be used during the trip.


The H2 is scheduled to depart Yap on Saturday, February 17, 2024 heading straight to Ulithi then onwards to Fais, Eauripik, Woleai, Ifeluk, Fechailap, Elato, Lamotrek, Satawal, Lamotrek, Elato, Fechailap  Ifeluk, Woleai, Eauripik, Fais, Ulithi, Yap, Ngulu and then back to Yap.


H2 is scheduled to arrive back to Yap mainland on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 7:00am.

However, this might be a prolonged trip as DHS will need time to complete their work in several of the islands.


No reservation is confirmed until tickets or TA's are purchased for the intended trip. All TA's must be submitted to Sea Trans no later than February 9, 2024 Any passenger without boarding ticket will be refused boarding. 


For the safety of the vessel and all passengers and crew on board, new booking and boarding procedures have been in-acted to prevent any accident on the high seas. 


Any other cargo will not be accepted as the gate will be closed and only passengers with their carry-ons will be allowed thru the gate.
