-Where: DHS-What: The FSM National Government, through the secretary of the FSM Department of Health and Social Affairs, is proposing a new pharmaceutical product registration that will help protect the public’s health by ensuring the importation of quality assured medicines and preventing the importation of substandard and falsified medicines into FSM for distribution or sale.-Why: This regulation applies to all imported pharmaceutical products except for those that are imported or will be imported for personal use. Copies of the proposed regulation are available for the information of the general public at the post office, the state court, the Governor’s Office, and the FSM Department of Health Main Office, website and Facebook page.
