Colonia, Yap – On the 16th of February 2024, there will be an Orientation held at the Yap Cap Conference Room, starting at 3 o’clock for weightlifting. This orientation will be held by the Division of Youth of the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs in collaboration with the Yap State Weightlifting Federation.
This event is for anyone aged thirteen and older, both male and female, who are interested in competing in weightlifting and/or would like to develop their skills in weightlifting.
