Yap, FSM- On February 5th, 2024, Governor Chieng, Lt. Governor Itimai, and fellow Cabinet Members wrote an appreciation letter for Public Works & Transportation Director Joe Giltug and his team for their efforts to improve Yap’s Road infrastructure, particularly the Northern Roads from Tagreng to Teldow.
Despite the significant damage, Director Giltug and the team worked to address the needs of Yap residents, to ensure safer and smoother road conditions. This letter addressed to Director Giltug and the entire Department of Public Works & Transportation was to express gratitude for their invaluable service to the people of the Yap State.
