Farewell Tribute: Honoring Chief Peter Rebelulch’s 45 years of Service Monday, February 19, 2024//DYCA

Colonia, Yap – On Friday, February 16th, 2024, the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs(DYCA) hosted a surprise retirement party at Turk Park to honor former Chief Peter Rebeluluch from the Division of Youth Services of DYCA with friends and family. Present at the celebration were Governor Charles Cheing, Lt. Governor Francis Itimai, Speaker Nicholas Figirlaarwon, Vice-Speaker Theodore Rutun, and Chairman Paul Marlul.


This gathering aimed to express gratitude and commend Chief Rebeluluch for his 45 years of dedicated service to the Yap State government. Colleagues shared reminiscences and recounted their experiences working alongside Chief Rebeluluch, acknowledging his accomplishments and unwavering commitment. This event served as a tribute to Chief Rebelulch’s contributions and marked the culmination of his career as a former Chief of Youth Services at DYCA.
