FSM- After fully passing U.S. Congress, President Joe Biden signed the Compact Amendments Act of 2023 into law. Following this, H.E. President Wesely W. Simina delivered an official announcement to the Nation of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) on Monday, March 11th, 2024, outlining the key changes introduced in COMPACT 3.
The Compact Amendments Act of 2023 is an amendment to the Compact of Free Association between the U.S. and the FSM.
