Governor Chieng Establishing State Incentive Awards Committee - Monday, February 17, 2025 // DYCA Webmaster

Colonia Yap – February 6, 2025 – Governor Charles S. Chieng issued Executive Order 2025-01 on February 5, 2025, establishing the State Incentive Awards Committee. This committee will explore and recommend ways to recognize state employees through incentive awards, as authorized under the Public Service System Regulations.


The six-member committee comprises of:


Erica Bofan, Office of Administrative Services

Jalani GootinMutunguy, Department of Health Services

Charlene Marsog, Department of Public Works & Transportation

Mary Gurumed, Department of Youth and Civil Affairs

Jeanette Finpin, Department of Resources and Development

Cathrine Fattineg, Department of Education


Governor Chieng’s executive order also directs all department and office heads, along with their human resources specialists, to provide support and guidance to this committee.


Executive Order 2025-01 was officially issued and signed by Governor Charles S. Chieng on February 5, 2025.
