Yap, FSM – Here’s something good, as we reach the middle of the year, we reflect on the dedication and hard work behind Yap State's achievements. A shining example of this commitment is Mrs. Margaret Ruerang, our Chief of Budget at OPB, whose tireless efforts often go unnoticed but are important to our progress. At almost 3 AM, Mrs. Ruerang was witnessed still calculating the FY25 budget and other government finances for the Yap State executive branch.
