Yap, FSM – Here is something good, according to Yap Weather Service, in just 1 night Yap was blessed with a new high record of rainfall this year. Despite this year's challenges with the El Nino drought, Yap has received 3.36 inches of rainfall within 24 hours from now. The recent precipitation is a positive step forward in addressing the water scarcity challenges that have affected Yap this year.
