Colonia, Yap - The monthly Friday local market was held in Yap Museum site on June 28, 2024, at 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with vendors selling various produce, games, and food. The Monthly Friday Local Markets are ways to promote healthy diets, stir up tourism, showcase Yap’s local delicacies, encourage local entrepreneurs and community involvement on the island. Vendors who are interested to join in for next month’s local market are more than welcome to contact Yap Visitors Bureau to participate in the next community event.
