Yap, Fm-The Special Election for Election District 3—which includes Falalop Woleai, Falalus, Tegailap, Seliap, and Wottegai—is scheduled for May 15, 2025. The election process is now ongoing. Candidates who wish to run can file their nomination petitions now, with the deadline set for February 14, 2025. Voter registration is open and will continue until May 8, 2025.

Voters who are unable to be present on Election Day can request an absentee ballot anytime from now until May 10, 2025. Those who need to change their voting location can also submit their requests by May 10, 2025. On Election Day, polling places will be open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. All eligible voters are encouraged to participate in this important election and ensure their voices are heard.
