Yap, FSM –With just two days remaining, the Waab Taguw team is in full preparation mode for an exhilarating Waab Taguw Day, also known as World Tuna Day, set to take place this weekend on August 31st and September 1st, 2024. This vibrant event promises a weekend filled with festivities, competitions, and cultural celebrations for all to enjoy.
Day 1 Highlights (August 31st):
Fishing Tournament: Test your skills and compete for the top prize.
Dances: Enjoy traditional performances.
Live Bands: Groove to live music from talented local bands.
Island Night Market: Explore a variety of local crafts and delicacies.
