Sophia Motor Tanker Visit to Yap State Monday, March 25, 2024//DYCA PIO

Colonia, Yap- The motor tanker Sophia departed from Guam and arrived in Yap state at 7 am on Monday, March 25th, 2024. The tanker is carrying 2,300 barrels of unleaded gasoline and 4,200 barrels of diesel, and each barrel has a volume of 55 gallons. The tanker frequently delivers gas to Yap State once a month at the end of each month to discharge gas to the island. Furthermore, the tanker departed (ETD) on Tuesday, March 26th, at 7 am to Palau.
