Yap, FSM – On December 11, 2024, Captain Sam and his crew returned with a record of 3,555 pounds of fish, showcasing a wide variety of pelagic and reef fish. The trip began on December 5 and took place in prime fishing waters in Yap State. Successful catch highlights the skills of Captain Sam’s crew in finding the right fishing grounds and applying the right fishing techniques.


A significant portion of the catch will be donated to local food banks, reflecting the team’s commitment to social responsibility. Excitement is already building for next year’s expedition, inviting participants to continue exploring marine biodiversity.
