Yap, FSM – In a diplomatic note dated December 6, 2024. The US Embassy to the FSM formally informed the Honorable Charles S. Chieng, Governor of the State of Yap, that a US Military flight will be arriving in Yap on December 22, 2024, to support Seabees currently on the ground in Yap. This flight will transport supplies and personnel for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, also known as the Seabees.
