Yap, FSM - According to the Yap Weather Service Office, tonight through tomorrow will be cloudy with numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms. So make sure you have an umbrella with you at all times and get your betelnut for your market before the rain comes. East to southeast winds will blow at 10 to 15 mph, shifting to the southwest by Wednesday night, with gusts up to 25 mph near showers. Temperatures will dip to around 76°F at night and rise to around 86°F during the day. The chance of showers stands at 60 percent. Thursday night will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, and lows will be in the upper 70s with a 50 percent chance of showers. 


The tide schedule for tomorrow shows a high tide at 4:26 AM at 4.36 feet. This is followed by a low tide at 11:44 AM at 1.24 feet, so if you enjoy clam hunting on the shoreline, this is the best time. Another high tide occurs at 6:43 PM at around 3.8 feet. Finally, the day concludes with a low tide at 11:43 PM at 2.9 feet.
