Yap, FSM - According to the Yap Weather Service Office, tomorrow’s forecast expects northwest winds at 5 to 10 knots, with wind waves of 2 feet or less, and an east swell of 2 to 3 feet. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected, so go get all the betelnut for your market before it rains. The winds are relatively light (5 to 10 knots), making it possible to take out small boats. However, ensure you have safety equipment and check weather updates frequently. On Tuesday, July 30, the tides will be as follows: high tide at 2:11 AM, reaching 4.8 feet; low tide at 9:25 AM, reaching 1.47 feet; high tide at 4:07 PM, reaching 3.72 feet; and low tide at 9:08 PM, reaching 2.94 feet.
