Notably, there has been an increase in reported diarrheal cases from the OPD Main Hospital and Woleai Health Center. Four cases at the Main Hospital were clinically diagnosed as Diarrhea and gastroenteritis of presumed infectious origin. Meanwhile, two cases from Woleai Health Center presented symptoms of diarrhea and bloody stool, with a suspicion of amoebiasis.
Additionally, Tamil CHC reported one Dengue-like illness (DLI) case, which was later confirmed as an old case of leptospirosis.
