Yap, FM– The College of Micronesia-FSM (COM-FSM), Yap Campus is proud to announce the launch of its Employee of the Month program, aimed at honoring the exceptional contributions of its staff. The inaugural recipient of this recognition is Allentino Ruiguifmal, the Student Services Coordinator, for January 2025.
Ruiguifmal was selected for his outstanding dedication, initiative in taking on additional responsibilities, and commitment to building a strong campus community. Beyond his primary role, he frequently serves as Acting Dean, showcasing his versatility and leadership abilities.
His colleagues admire his collaborative approach and his student-centered focus, always going above and beyond to ensure student success. "Allentino’s hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have had a lasting impact on our campus," said one of his colleagues.
A brief ceremony was held on January 31st, where Ruiguifmal was awarded a certificate and a phone card in recognition of his achievements. COM-FSM, Yap Campus congratulates Allentino Ruiguifmal on this well-deserved honor.
