Yap State Government Gears Up: Review Military Activities and Welcoming Japan Ambassador Friday, April 26, 2024// DYCA PIO

Yap, FSM - The Yap State Government is scheduled to hold a G-5 meeting (Heads of Branches Group) tomorrow, April 30, 2024, at 10 am in the Conference Room at the Administration Building. TH Governor Charles Chieng of Yap State, TH Speaker Nicholas Figirlaarwon of the 11th Yap State Legislature, TH Chief Justice Cyprian Manmaw of the Yap State Court, TH Chairman Thomas Falngin of the Council of Pilung, and TH Chairman Paul Marlul of the Council of Tamol. 


The meeting will provide an accumulative review and updates on all U.S. military activities within Yap State, fostering a transparent and collaborative approach among government branches. Additionally, discussions will include preparations for the visit of the Japanese Ambassador, Mr. Kagomiya, and his wife, Mrs. Kagomiya, to Yap State from May 8th to 12th, 2024.
