Yap, FSM – According to staff at the Department of Education(DOE), DOE is set to hold its third school assembly this month at Yap High School, continuing its new initiative aimed at encouraging and motivating students to take their education seriously and pursue further academic goals. This program, which began earlier this year, August 2024, is designed to engage students in a positive and inspiring environment, fostering their personal and academic growth.
The assembly will feature keynote speakers and local leaders who will deliver speeches, providing guidance and sharing experiences to help students stay focused on their studies. In addition to speeches, the assembly will cover important topics such as academic performance, school policies, the introduction of new programs, and more.
The Department of Education has scheduled these assemblies to take place at least once a month, offering ongoing support and motivation to students throughout the school year.
